Comments:  Lower Vd than expected in both spp, maybe because implanted cannula; bioavailability of OTC after PO are 24.84% (salmon) and 30.30% (trout) which are higher than normal; Vd= 0.89 l/kg - Chinook in seawater. OTC conc in blood went from 1000 ug/ml to approx 8 ug/ml in first 200 h, down to 1 by 900 h. AUC= 7126.8 ug h/ml
