Drug:  Oxytetracycline

Fish species:  Trout, rainbow

Date:  1998

Ave Water temp (°C):  11

Water:  Freshwater

Dosage:  50 mg/kg sd

Comments:  Lower Vd than expected in both spp, maybe because implanted cannula; bioavailability of OTC after PO are 24.84% (salmon) and 30.30% (trout) which are higher than normal; Vd= 0.87l/kg. Conc went from 1000 ug/ml to approx 6 in first 200 h, then to 1 by 900h. AUC = 7781.2 ug h/ml.
