Comments:
The same fish given the IP dose, 20 mg/kg OA were given 10 mg/kg PO after a clearance period of 6 weeks. Fish were cannulated and given an asprin PO after the surgery, then acclimated 3 weeks. Bioavail 47%. AUC=345 ug/h/ml. T1/ alpha=0.5, beta=37.1h. Cmax=26 ug/ml at 0.5 h.
