* Fish exposed to several doses for behavioral observation and dose-response curve. EC50 (toxin dose causing behavioral toxicity in 50% of population) was 2.9mg/kg fish. IC (intracoelomic) injection of domoic acid in juvenile coho resulted in excitotoxic symptoms including spiral-, circle-, and upside-down swimming. Euth with MS222.
