Salinity 30 psu. Fish were acclimated for 14d in 50 ug/L Cu. Both groups were fed brine shrimp that were radiolabeled by exposure to 74 kBq/L 67Cu. After 9d post-dose, two phases of depuration were seen, a rapid initial loss in the first 2d and then a slower loss after that.
