Dose- 25 µL containing 0.32 µmol/ml of [3H]-AFB1, when indole-3-carbinol was fed at 0.2%, it produced a 70% reduction in average hepatic DNA binding of injected AFB1, also I3C fish showed less total radioactivity in the blood and liver than control fish at all times examined, t 1/2 24 h (est from graph).
