Comments:  Fish were anaesthetized with 2-phenoxyethanol (300 ppm). Praziquantel (PZQ) was detected in all tissues. Seven metabolites were detected (M1-M7), which correspond to mono- and dihydroxylated PZQ, with the highest number detected in the liver. Metabolite M7 was prominent in all tissues with a retention time of 26.3 minutes.
