Comments:  Tricaine methane sulphonate, t1/2 est. from chart. Mean residues (ug/ g) free ms-222 residues at withdrawal time 0 h=57.9, 1 h = 6.5, 4 h=0.8, 24 h= 0.5. m-aminobenzoic acid residue at withdrawal time 0 h = 23.3, 1h=16.5, 4 h=7.5, 24 h=0.2. (Controls had 0.3 ug/g). Levels dropped significantly after storage of samples for 1 week at 1.7 C.
