Fish were anaesthetized prior to dosing with 1 mg/l MS-222. Cmax = 3.35ug/ml. Tmax=12.0h. AUC=160.190. Residues 0.5h=0.8, 2h=0.8, 6h=2.5, 12h=3.4, 24h=3.2, 48h=1.2, 72h=0.5, 7d=0.02. Authors state elimination half life substantially greater than half life observed in other speices.Withdrawl time based on 99.9% elimination.
