Comments:  Cipro metabolite was not found. Salinity 32% Hemolymph sampling - naïve pooling (all animals sampled before dose, 3 at times 0.5, 2, 6, 24, 72 and 3 at 1, 3, 12, 48, 72 h). Cmax=0.5 ug/ml, AUC 0.98 ug.h/ml, MRT=1.71 h, Tmax=0.5h. No detectable enro 6 hr post bath. Actual water concentations 2.1 ug/ml at 1 min, 1.76 at 5 hr.
