Response of flesh pigmentation to dietary pigment was most rapid in rainbow trout. Intensity of the pigmentation was not related to the body weight of the fish. Fish were fed 1x/day 6 days per week for 6 months. Approx Residues mg/kg 17w=8, 22wk=8, 27w=10.
