In this exercise, consider the following scenario that demonstrates what a front-line employee should do if an unusual situation is observed.

Knowledge Check

Identify the actual person you should contact at your facility if you were to observe an unusual or suspicious situation. If you are unsure who your contact person is or the procedures you should follow, it is essential that you talk with your supervisor or manager.
