Establish a Project Management Pilot Program in OCC (1)

Description: Assess the need and benefit of creating project manager positions in OCC to help manage resources, prioritize projects and communicate with clients about project status.

Accomplishment: OCC’s project management pilot provided a framework to implement project management within OCC. For the pilot area, accomplishments included better management of incoming requests and projects, the improved use of information technology to support the office and the development of processes that advance efficiency and effectiveness.
