At 6 hr - high activity in intestine and some in blood, liver, kidney, gills and eyes but not muscle. By 24 h - increased activity in blood, liver and kidney and base of dorsal fin, highest activity in GI. 48 hr-72 hr most in distal intestine. At 7 days kidney and liver were still active with GI still highest, continuing through 3 wks (3H)DHS.
