Ivermectin [3H]. Half life of the parent ivermectin was 312 h and parent plus major metabolite combined was 528 h.Max TRR = 71 ng/g d3, declined to 16 on d42. By day 35 65% of TRR was the metabolite. Radioactivity d1=21, d3=53, d7=43, d14=29, d28=22, d35=12, d42=10 ng/g.
