Comments:  Domoic acid Cmax in brain was around 100 ug/ml. Toxin levels were low and varied little. The level of domoic acid in brain after ICO (intraccoelomic)exposure were higher than domoic level in brain of orally galvaged fish. No neurotoxic activity in PO treated fish.
