Fish were euthaized with MS-222 (0.5mg/L). All fish at 1 mg/L showed reduced feeding rates. By day 4 two males were euthanized due to distress. Their female pairs were euthanized on day 5 due to distress. One fish found outside of its tank on day 11, at which point all fish at this dose were euthanized, therefore all data is for 11 days (vs 21d for all others). Cumulative egg production: 0. Gonadal somatic index (%): Male-0.8, Female-13. Condition index: Male-1.3, Female 1.2. A high proportion of eggs (75-95%) from exposed fish pairs hatched. Egg hatch delayed by 3 days. Mean plasma concentration (mg/L): Male-15.00, Female-5.75.
