Salinity at 1ppt. Fish received a 2-h treatment in a 0.25 mg/L solution of malachite green prior to study. Fish anesthetized with 150 ml/L MS-222. AUC=29,299 ng/ml*h, Cmax=86 ng/ml, Tmax=38h. Compartamental Bioavailability estimated to be 29%. The same fish were used for both routes of administration.
