Comments:  Tricaine methane sulphonate. Blood levels (mg/l) = approx 55 during induction using 100 mg/l solution. Maintenance at 50 mg/l for 15 min = blood level of 67 mg/l, at 100 mg/l = blood level of 114 mg/l. Equilibrium when transferred to recovery 25 mg/l. Clearance blood levels (mg/l) 1 hr = 16.7, 2 hr = 6.2, 3 hr = 6.2, 6 hr= 4.5, 612hr = 4.3, 24 hr = 4.1.
