Fish were sedated with clove oil (10mg/L). Cmax = 5mg/L, Tmax = 1.0h, AUC = 83mg/h/L, MRT = 24. Mean enrofloxacin concentration in plasma at time points (mg/L): 0h=0.00, 0.25h=3, 0.5h=3, 1h=5, 2h=3, 8h=2, 24h=1, 48h=0.4, 72h=0.2, 96=0.1. The authors claim that plasma drug concentrations were above MIC for most fish bacterial pathogens, making this an effective dose.
