Comments:  t1/2 estimated from graph. Bioassay using cercaria larvae of Diplostomum spathaceum. Fish first anaesthetised with MS-222. Praziquantel suspended in 1% aqueous solution of Cremophor. At 32h after administration 67%-96% of the maximum amounts of drug had been eliminated from the tissues. Drug excreted via bile and kidney.
