28 d after dose, 19% of the dose was still present in blood, muscle, liver, kidney. The difference in total amount of radioactivity in blood, muscle, liver, and kidney at day 4 after treatment compared with day 28 was only 35%, the drug accumulates in fatty tissues. 50% of drug excreted via the bile is parent compound. Ivermectin (22,23 di-3H-avermectin, B1a) .
