You can search the list by entering the DUNS NUMBER, BUSINESS NAME, or TICKER SYMBOL in the search criteria. Use the business name as your primary search criteria. You may separately search the list using the ticker symbol. However, the list does not contain all the domestic and foreign stock exchange ticker symbols in existence. The SRO list is a comprehensive and important resource to check regularly, however, it is not definitive. There are some situations where a financial interest may constitute a prohibited financial interest in an SRO, even if it is not included on the SRO List. In addition, any majority-owned subsidiary of a company on the SRO List would likewise be considered an SRO, including where the company is structured as a holding company.
