The customer reported via phone call indicating that she was hospitalized due to low blood glucose.Customer's blood glucose was 1.6 mmol/l.The customer was already in the hospital and being treated for a pickline.Customer stated the perceived cause of low blood glucose was unknown.The customer stated that the insulin pump exposed to ct scan.The customer was advised that the device would be replaced.
