Event Description
Revision of attune rp ps knee for suspected tibial loosening.Tibia was not grossly loose.Tibia was well fixed medially.Fixation was suspect laterally.The tibia was removed and replaced with an attune revision rp tray.Also it should be noted that it was found that there was a sz 3 rp ps insert mated with a sz 4n ps femur.Patient status/ outcome / consequences: yes.Patient consequence description/was there a clinical outcome experienced by the patient (infection, inflammation, etc.)? tibia was revised to an attune rp revision tray, sleeve and stem.
 
Event Description
It was reported that it is not certain if the use of a sz 3 insert with a sz 4n femur caused any adverse outcome.The pt was revised for suspected tibial loosening but the tray was not found to be grossly loose.The insert did not exhibit excessive wear.
