Event Description
The patient underwent a left knee revision due to tibial tray loosening at the cement to implant interface, migration, and malpositioning.The patient was experiencing pain prior to revision.The surgeon noted a varus type deformity and collapse of the medial tibial plateau.On initial evaluation, the surgeon reported evidence of a very large bloody effusion.Manufacturer of cement used during the primary operation is unknown.Doi: (b)(6) 2016.Dor: 25 mar 2017.Left knee.
