Event Description
It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, when the physician was aspirating the sheath, it continued to withdraw air. The physician believed the valve in the sheath was not working correctly. The sheath was replaced with resolution. The case was completed with cryo. No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
