Event Description
It was reported that the unit declared an occlusion alarm during set up.There was no patient involvement.The manufacturer's remote service technician performed troubleshooting with the customer.The customer removed the top of the unit and tapped on the blower assembly.The customer reported that the blower started to run and was very noisy.The technician recommended that the customer replace the blower assembly.

G4: 30jun2020.B4: 30jun2020.The customer was given the part number and pricing for a replacement blower on (b)(6) 2020.The customer ordered the blower assembly which was replaced onsite by the customer.The customer confirmed via email to the philips remote service technician that replacing the blower assembly resolve the issue.Submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.
