The inflation pressure upon anchoring was 12 atmospheres.
However, when trying to replaced the wire after it crossed the lesion, the wire was stuck and could not be removed.
Subsequently, both devices were removed together and it was noted that the wire lumen was flattened.
The procedure was completed with a different device.
No patient complications nor injuries were reported.
