Event Description
Physician reported that during previous procedures where 5mm and 6mm 300mm pacific xtreme pta balloon catheters were used, the balloons twisted upon inflation and were extremely slow to deflate whenever this twisting occured.The physician continued using the balloons in the respective procedures.The patients were not injured in these cases.These cases of balloon twists were mentioned in passing by the physician.The medtronic representative was not present.Follow up has been performed and there is no further information available.
