Event Description
The patient reported that a flow was not provided.The device was in use with a patient at the time of the issue, however there was no harm reported.The unit was swapped with another unit and therapy continued without patient harm.The manufacturer's international service technician performed a test and check test but the reported phenomenon was not confirmed.The event log was checked as well but no error that indicated airflow arrest was recorded.The manufacturer's international service technician determined that no abnormality was confirmed on the unit however the blower sensor assembly was replaced to be safe.
