Product analysis: at analysis it was determined that there is a deviation between the stylus and the cursor on the screen, the stylus and the touchscreen were calibrated.It was also determined at analysis that the keypad was missing, and the paper drawer was nearly empty.The upper and lower bullets were worn some were missing.The company logo was missing, and log file errors were found.The software was updated.All found defective parts were replaced and all other identified issues were resolved.The device then passed all final functional tests.If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.
 
Event Description
The programmer which was returned for preventive maintenance subsequently tested out of specification during manufacturer¿s analysis.There was no patient involvement.
