Event Description
Information was received from the consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with neurostimulator for spinal cord stimulation.It was reported that the patient was having ins replaced because the ins was not holding a chargeperiodically for the last year and the ins would shut off on its own.Patient stated the stimulation was going to his lower back to his feet and he needed the stimulation to go upward of his body.Patient asked if the hcp could remove the leads or repositioned the leads.Patient asked how to change his group.Pss assisted patient with using pp to change group but there is only one group and program, group a and p1.
 
Event Description
Additional information was received from the patient and it was reported that the ins was implanted seven years ago and was going bad.A new ins was implanted on (b)(6) 2020.The issue is resolved.
