Event Description
The customer reported the machine pressure sensor autozero failed.The device was in clinical use at the time of the issue, however there was no patient harm reported.The manufacturer's field service engineer (fse) was unable to duplicate the problem during evaluation, but the error did appear in the significant event log.The fse replaced the solenoid valve and the issue was resolved.
