Event Description
During an index procedure two resolute onyx des stents were implanted.One in the right posterior descending artery exhibiting 90% stenosis and one in the rca exhibiting 80% stenosis.Heparin was administered at the time.Approximately 20 months post index procedure the patient was admitted to hospital.The patient had a stroke and died.The event was classified as a non cardiac death.The site assessed the event as not related to the device.The sponsor assessed the event as not related to the medication or the device.
