Event Description
The customer reported via phone call that they were hospitalized due to high blood glucose and diabetic ketoacidosis on (b)(6) 2020 with blood glucose of over 600 mg/dl.Current blood glucose level is 277 mg/dl.Customer using insulin pump within 48 hours of high blood glucose of event.Insulin pump was under delivering.The customer was treated with intravenous drip and manual injection.The customer was reported that insulin pump was on auto mode.Insulin pump passed displacement test.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device passed the functional tests, including the self test, sleep current measurement, active current measurement, rewind test, prime or seating test, basic occlusion test, occlusion test, force sensor test, displacement test and delivery accuracy test at 0.08740 inches.The test blood glucose meter communicates properly to the device noted and the blood glucose readings registered properly in the daily history noted.Device received with pillowing keypad overlay.(b)(4).
