Event Description
It was reported that device entrapment occurred.The target lesion was located in the obtuse marginal artery.A 2.50mm x 15mm emerge balloon catheter was advanced for treatment.However, the device got stuck on the wire and was unable to be removed separately.Both devices were removed together, the balloon with the wire stuck inside.The procedure was completed with a different device.There were no patient complications nor injuries reported.
