Information was received from the patient.Pt asked how far away can she be from the controller for the implantable neurostimulator (ins) to continue to work; pss reviewed requested information.Pt states that when she gets too far away from the controller, her legs start vibrating.Pt does water therapy and leaves the controller in the locker room, however the stimulation will start bothering her when she goes to do the therapy before she even gets in the water and then when she returns to the controller, the controller shows that the therapy has been shut off.Pt states that she can't even really go 6 feet; pt mentioned that it's about 40-50 feet from her bedroom to the living room.Pss redirected to hcp to have the ins checked.Pt states that this issue has been ongoing since she got the ins.
