Event Description
It was reported that impedance testing issues were experienced after an implantable neurostimulator (ins) replacement.The first impedance test was run and indicated the ¿impedances were out of range.¿ the physician switched the leads in the ins in an effort to troubleshoot the issue, at which time the clinician tablet only showed the impedance values for electrodes 8-15, which were within range.There was ¿no result¿ given for the other lead, with electrodes 0-7.It was noted there was no pocket adaptor implanted at the time of the incident.No complications were reported or anticipated.
