Event Description
Information was received from a consumer (con) regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator for gastric stimulation.The hcp reported that the patient device was removed because they were no longer receiving relief of symptoms.No further complications were reported/anticipated at this time.
 
Event Description
The hcp reported that the cause of the device removal was patient requested removal due to ongoing pain, bloating, abdominal pain, and nausea.
