Event Description
|
The patient was revised due to loosening of the cup and liner at the bone to implant interface.Unknown cement was used.It was also reported that the patient's liner was worn and loose from cup, not sure if it disassociated first or wore out then came loose.Cup is vertical, and patient is morbidly obese.That would seem to contribute to this issue so surgeon removed cup repositioned a new cup.Doi:1st revision: (b)(6) 2012; doi: 2nd revision: (b)(6) 2018; dor: (b)(6) 2020; left hip.
