Event Description
|
It was reported that during the procedure, the programmer base was connected to the tablet and it worked as analyzer.When an attempt was made to connect the patient connector, the programmer application stopped working and no action was possible.The application was closed and restarted, the wireless was turned off and base was connected again.Another attempt was made to connect the patient connector and the same issue occurred again.All the other applications were closed, the programmer application was restarted but the hourglass did not disappear and the tablet was turned off.A restart of the tablet seemed to solve the issue and the patient connector was finally connected to the tablet.The programmer remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
