Terumo has not received the device for evaluation, therefore, the investigation has yet to be completed. Event Description

The user facility reported to terumo cardiovascular that during cardiopulmonary bypass, the arterial temperature sensor didn¿t measure properly. Per user they could not exchange the temperature port because they were on bypass. They used the venous temperature for rewarming purposes. They hooked the wire to the venous sensor it worked fine. The product was not changed out; the surgery was completed successfully. No consequences, or impact to patient.
