Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for non-malignant pain and failed back surgery syndrome.It was reported that the desktop charger (dtc) connector pin was bent, and it would not charge the recharger (insr).The insr was "dead" and the screen was blank as it would not power back on when plugged into the dtc.The patient stated they were in pain because they use high frequency.They confirmed the dtc green light is on, and an insr reset did not resolve the issue.A replacement dtc was sent out.
 
Event Description
The patient reported that the replacement device resolved the pain.
