Event Description
It was reported that noise was observed on the right atrial (ra) channel and oversensing noise was observed on the right ventricular (rv) channel.The noise was reproducible by tapping the cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) and the patient's right arm intermittently.It was noted that when the pocket was opened, the ra and rv leads could not be tugged out of the crt-p header.The crt-p and rv lead were explanted and replaced.The ra lead was capped and replaced.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
