Event Description
It was reported that at the beginning of the implant procedure of the leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg), after inserting the guidewire and after dilation, the physician started the insertion of the introducer.It was reported that a fall in blood pressure, mechanical dissociation and cardiac tamponade were observed.Valvuloplasty was performed but the patient consequently died.
