Event Description
During a procedure, an attempt was made to use two resolute onyx rx coronary drug eluting stents to treat a lesion located in the circumflex (cx) artery.The lesion was pre-dilated.It was reported that the stents failed to cross the lesion and stent struts were noted to be lifted/fractured on removal.The procedure was completed using a shorter resolute onyx stent.The patient was reported to be alive with no injury.
