Event Description
It was reported that the implantable cardiac monitor (icm) exhibited an electrical reset and it was noted the device had reached end of service (eos).It was suspected the icm battery depleted prematurely.The icm remains in use, however replacement is planned.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
