The results of the investigation are inconclusive since the device was not returned for analysis. Based on the information received, the cause of the reported incident could not be conclusively determined.
 
Event Description
It was reported that far field r-wave oversensing which resulted in inappropriate mode switch and loss of pacing was observed on the device. It was recommended to preform reprogramming to resolved the event. No intervention has been performed at this time. The patient was stable and will continue to be monitored.
