Event Description
It was reported when using the mobile programmer during lead threshold measurements, the user was reported to be standing 1 metre from the base when the connection was lost.A red cross was seen in the connection bar and the pacing could not be controlled; this happened several times during the procedure.On moving nearer the base, the connected was re-established.The programmer remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
